We went with A&R Painting for exterior painting in 2025, and we’re really glad we did! After getting 7 quotes, we went with A&R for 3 main reasons (1) Alex was the only one to come with a ladder and inspect the whole house and send me a quote with pictures for all wood replacements needed. (2) Alex left the house cleaner than it was afterwards. He noticed that a little weather stripping peeled from an upper window and he cleaned that up while he was going around the house. (3) A&R provides a 3rd party service that helps with color consulting included in the process. All in all, we felt that his attention to detail and passion was above and beyond anyone else we had reached out to. I’m super happy that we had the color consultation with Katie as she was able to help me pick the right color for our house based on inspo pics, and saved me from picking a color that would have been way too white!

Also a huge shout out to his wood repair crew (Carlos). They came and worked on our wood replacement, primed everything and did an amazing job in making sure our house is in tip top shape! If we need any other wood related work in the future, we will definitely reach out to them!

At the end of the day, Alex cares so much about providing a great experience and end product. He comes to inspect throughout the process and does his best to make sure everything is as perfect as can be. If you want things to be done right, A&R is a great choice you won't regret!

We just completed our exterior paint with A&R and so happy we used them. From the moment we got an estimate down to the finishing has honestly been flawless.

We had gotten about 4 quotes and all of them were very close in price, some were extremely crazy. We chose A and R based upon how we felt about the company and the reviews they had. Alex was very kind and explained everything and gave us options. He sent us the estimate in a very timely organized manner. Once we chose to go with them Alex went over paint colors and gave ideas/suggestions. He was extremely patient while we waited 3 weeks for our HOA’s approval(kind of crazy). Once approved they began within a week and power washed and the crew was here daily, prepping, painting and always left our home clean. They were extremely hard workers and braced the heatwave we had with ease(they made it look easy that is).

The time they took in prep was amazing, they paid attention to every last detail. Once the job was complete Alex came and did a walk thru and looked at everything with us, making sure we were happy and nothing was missed. Our house looked beautiful and we have gotten tons of compliments.

The thing that also stood out was his communication and we didn’t pay him until the job was complete. There are way too many companies around here that collect and never show back up. He honestly took a huge risk doing this, but this tells me he is confident in the work his company does and rightfully so.

He also offers a 10 year warranty which we went with since Colorado has some crazy weather and I looked at it like a great investment.

After all my research on finding a painting company I am so happy we went with A &R!! Look no further!! We will definitely recommend to friends and family and use them in the future!! Thank you A &R!!

A&R Painting was amazing from start to finish. Alex was the project manager, he was friendly and helped us on pricing to get as close to our budget as possible. The crew that worked were truly wonderful. They were courteous, on time, and kept the property clean throughout the paint job. I am absolutely in love with my house again. Alex and his team did an amazing job in painting the outside of our house and sanded and stained our deck. Repairs were also made to some of the trim. We could not have asked for more. Alex matched the paint perfectly. They were very detail oriented, amazing follow up and the cleanup was very thorough. When we need any painting done, we know who to call. Highly recommend A&R Painting!!!!

I will definitely hire again and will definitely recommend A&R Painting for the following reasons:
• Alex and his crew are professionals
• Very punctual
• Respectful

• Although they did some spray painting, there is no sign that spray painting was used because the crew was very meticulous.
